Q2, 2026 Results

The second quarter of 2026 was one of the most exciting quarters in the company's history.

Q2 saw Exolaunch continue our monthly cadence of launch, with three launches in the quarter, representing 58 customer satellites successfully deployed in orbit. Each launch was on a different launch vehicle, seeing customers supported on each of a Northrop Grumman Minotaur IV, Rocket Lab Electron, and SpaceX Falcon 9 launch vehicle. We also continued supporting the SpaceX Transporter program with the integration campaign for Transporter 17, which will launch in July. Exolaunch remains the only commercial company that has had payloads on every SpaceX Rideshare mission.

Speaking of rideshare missions, the industry is rapidly evolving through the introduction of multiple constellation customers that are ready for constellation deployment. As customers bring not just one or two satellites to a mission, but a full orbital plane of satellites that need to be on the same launch, this quickly saturates rideshare missions. To address this, Exolaunch has purchased two Falcon 9 launches under our new Shared Launch model. The first two of many more to come, the Exolaunch Shared Launch model provides a middle-ground between dedicated launch, where there is a single customer utilizing the entire launch vehicle, and rideshare, where there is no single “anchor” customer. With the Exolaunch Shared Launch model, 1 or 2 customers utilize the majority of the launch vehicle performance and Exolaunch fills the rest of the manifest with additional customers. Enabled by the Exolaunch EXOtube dispenser structure, this model provides additional capacity to the launch market, giving constellation operators access to launches at a price point that is lower than purchasing an entire launch, while still retaining control over orbit and timing. Exolaunch is the only global operator that can provide this scale and flexibility to customers, expanding the launch capacity on the market. Expect to see more vehicles and more launches added in the near future for Exolaunch Shared Launches.

Exolaunch also made the significant announcement in Q2 that Exolaunch is being acquired by EQT, the second-largest private equity firm in the world, and largest in Europe. You can read our full press release here. Expected to close in Q4 2026, EQT will support Exolaunch in scaling its global operations and investing into the development of new satellite launch and deployment technologies. It will also help drive the expansion into additional services across the satellite mission lifecycle and resources to expand the dedicated and rideshare launch offerings – both with existing partners and newly emerging launch providers.
