Shock-Free Microsatellite Separation System
CarboNIX is a scalable shock-free separation system for microsats weighing between 10 and 500kg. It is available in 8'', 15'', 18.25'', 24'' and custom diameter sizes. CarboNIX is also available in the novel Quadro format, a four-point configuration for microsatellites over 150 kg.
CarboNIX's patented synchronous spring pusher system deploys satellites smoothly and evenly, with no unnecessary shocks or tumbling, thus minimizing risk of damage to a satellite's sensitive optical payloads and electronic components. It is the lowest-shock and lowest-tumbling separation system ever deployed in space.
Shock-Free Deployment
Entirely shock-free linear satellite deployment, with an average tumbling rate of under 1°/sec post-release on all three axes
