Our 2026 Strategic Outlook
Exolaunch finished 2025 strong, having launched almost 200 satellites across 11 missions, while releasing multiple new innovative products that will continue to provide our customers with the most reliable and flexible access to space. You can read about 2025 in our end-of-year summary here. 2025 was impressive, but here is what we have planned for 2026!
2026 is about speed and scale. At the start of 2026, Exolaunch already has over 20 launches under contract, on track to launch and deploy over 400 satellites. To put this in perspective, we expect to reach the milestone of 1,000 satellites launched, and accomplish this by executing at an average rate of almost 2 launches per month, and an average satellite deployment rate of more than 1 satellite per day. The scale and breadth of our team's work is illustrated by a recent interesting fact, where we had mission managers deployed to 3 launch campaigns for 3 different launch vehicles on 3 continents on the same day. Go team Exolaunch!
In 2026, we will execute on our plans for rapid expansion, growing the team by an estimated 30% in 2026, expanding our design, test, and manufacturing capabilities, leading to a 2026 revenue that is projected to be 250% higher than 2025's record-breaking year.
In addition to the new products that gained flight heritage in 2025, we announced multiple products that will see their first flight in 2026. These products have been fully qualified and delivered to customers, awaiting upcoming flights this year. They include:
-
EXOtube, a revolutionary, launch vehicle-agnostic modular adapter structure for multi-payload and constellation missions. The short lead time and industry-leading pricing have proven this to be one of the most exciting developments in New Space in years. Read more about EXOtube here.
-
Quadro Versa, the versatile successor to the flight-proven multi-point separation system introduced last year. With Versa, customers have the assurance and robust operation of the original Quadro, with flexibility on the footprint based on their satellite design. Easily scalable to any size from 24”x24” up to 40”x40” and capable of deploying satellites over 1,000kg, Versa is the new standard in synchronized four-point satellite deployment solutions. You can download the Users Guide and find more information here.

EXOpod AIR builds on over a decade of experience across hundreds of deployments from Exolaunch cubesat deployers, bringing the lowest-mass deployer to market for missions where every gram counts. AIR leverages the same reliable, dually redundant locking mechanism and patented dynamic rail system that customers depend on for a safe launch to orbit followed by reliable deployment.
