Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif., USA — February 6, 2025 — Exolaunch, the global leader in launch mission management, satellite integration, and deployment services, is preparing for the upcoming Transporter-13 rideshare mission with SpaceX. Scheduled for no earlier than March 2025, the mission will lift off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Exolaunch will deploy satellites from 14 countries while showcasing its latest technological innovation: the Quadro four-point separation system.

Exolaunch will integrate 27 satellites weighing nearly 1,500 kilograms on this mission. These satellites represent groundbreaking advancements in Earth observation, IoT, communications, and more, and will be deployed using Exolaunch's flight-proven hardware, including eight CarboNIX separation rings, nine EXOpod Nova deployers, and the newly introduced Quadro four-point separation system. Quadro, which supports satellites between 200–820 kilograms, will make its highly anticipated debut on this mission.

The Quadro separation system is designed to offer unparalleled flexibility and performance for satellite deployments. Built on Exolaunch's extensive flight heritage, with over 490 satellites deployed across its family of separation systems, Quadro delivers synchronized release of all HDRMs (Hold Down and Release Mechanisms) simultaneously, ensuring fewer deploy signals and reduced tip-off rates for satellites. This user-friendly system features a fast reset, is available in multiple configurations scalable to a large range of satellite baseplate sizes and is free from ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), making it compatible with customers worldwide. Recognized for its innovation, Quadro recently won the European Space Forum's “Innovation in Space” Award, cementing its status as a game-changer in satellite deployment technology. Quadro expands the capabilities of Exolaunch's product line, offering scalable solutions to meet the demands of a growing global customer base.

The satellites integrated by Exolaunch on this mission originate from a diverse array of customers across Bulgaria, Finland, France, India, Lithuania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, the UK, and the US. Integration activities were successfully completed at Exolaunch's Berlin headquarters, with final preparations now underway in Vandenberg.

“We are honored to be part of the Transporter-13 mission and to introduce our new Quadro separation system," said Jeanne Allarie, chief commercial officer at Exolaunch. "Transporter- 13 represents another milestone in our journey to democratize access to space, and we look forward to supporting the innovative ambitions of our customers across the globe. As always, our deepest thanks go to SpaceX for their partnership and trust as we deliver success, mission after mission.”

Exolaunch continues to set the standard for reliable and precise access to orbit, with over 490 satellites launched across 32 missions. Combining mission management expertise with cutting-edge hardware, Exolaunch ensures customers of all sizes—whether startups or government agencies—achieve their orbital ambitions with confidence.
