Job Description
As a Project manager, you will be integral to our team and will be responsible for preparing tendering proposals for governmental entities, and research/scientific institutions, continuous evaluation of new funding opportunities, defining project scope and objectives, monitoring project progress, and supporting financial reporting activities. Additionally, you will assist in contractual management, invoice processing, and providing support to C-level and operational management.

Your Task Areas

Preparation of tendering proposals for organizations such as ESA, DLR, other governmental entities, and research/scientific institutions. Continuously evaluation of new funding opportunities.

Monitor and track project progress as well as create and maintain required project documentation.

Support financial activities, including budget management, and reporting.

Support in contractual management, invoice processing, and maintaining internal financial systems.

Project manager is a mid-level position that comes with a six-month probation period during which you can demonstrate your organizational and personal qualities. Job Description
As a Social Media Specialist at Exolaunch, you will be the creator and moderator of our public image on social media, including LinkedIn and X. You will be responsible for engagement on these platforms and for growing our presence and ensuring a positive impression through social media. You will also collaborate and support other external-facing communications activities.
We’re looking for a creative writer, passionate about short-form copywriting with an excellent grasp of the English language and syntax, who can develop and deliver engaging content for unique audiences. The ideal candidate will be a super sleuth who can gather information from different teams within the company and transform narratives into interesting stories that can be shared externally online. Successful candidates will be an enthusiastic learner who is eager to know anything and everything about space, as well as an expert on social platforms, trends, and forms of content. You must also be an analyst who can track and report on our social metrics, distilling numbers into summaries for our leadership team on what worked and what didn’t, quantifying Return on Investment and Return on Effort.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation and Strategy

Required Skills and Experience

Fluency and mastery of the English language.

Job Summary
Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our client base and building our order book. You will be armed with an outstanding track record of success and the most advanced product portfolio in the industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the space industry, preferably in the NewSpace sector, with a proven network of solid relationships and strong knowledge of the launch and small satellite industry.
You have to be a self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision, focused on delivering tangible results.
Key Responsibilities

Develop wins strategies for new business pursuits for Europe and Asia.

Develop strategic customer accounts and cultivate new business opportunities.

Identify new products and adjacent market opportunities in Europe and Asia.

Perform tactical functions: prepare multiyear quote proposals, manage sales/engineering/customer interface, establish pricing, perform negotiations, review contracts and perform marketing analysis.

Manage customers and the associated pipeline of opportunities.

Manage relations with Exolaunch sales and mission management teams.

Manage relations with launch vehicle providers and maximize the associated pipeline of opportunities.
